Cancellation
/ Refund Policy:
1)
Your purchase price will be refunded if the cancellation request is received
before the product ships (usually ships next business day at 4:00 pm Eastern
time).
2) If the cancellation request is received after the product is shipped, you
will have to receive it and you have return it unopened.
Your
refund/return request of a
Web Site purchase must be processed first and the tracking number of the product(s) must be provided. The purchaser must ship the
product back to Unique-Boating at our office in Georgia.
Once the product has been received and inspected, your purchase price for the returned
item will be refunded. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
3) If package was opened to
remove some of the products, the remaining products being returned refunded must be
unused and in
saleable condition (not scratched, dented, or other damage) (original
packaging recommended).
4)
If your
product was purchased from a local distributor, it must be returned to that
point of sale.
In the event that a product must be
returned for refund, Unique-Boating's liability is limited to the purchase price
only.

Return / Exchange Policy
Technical Contractor/Unique-Boating's
Warranty
return/exchange
for the
following products is as
follows:
Trailer Backing Pro, Shoreline Anchor, Condiment/Drink Table
Within 10 days:
1) In the event that the purchaser orders the incorrect model (length)
of the Trailer Backing Pro, Unique-Boating will exchange the item for the
correct model. The return request form (above) must be completed and the correct
length must be resolved before exchanging. The increased/decreased
price of the exchanged product must be resolved before shipping of
replacement model. Unique Boating reserves the
right to exchange the product with the same or an equivalent newer product.
2) Returned products
must be in
saleable condition (not scratched, dented, or other damage) (original
packaging recommended).

an equivalent newer product.
Within 30 days
after receipt of these products,
exchanges
will be processed for the following reasons:
1) Defects in Workmanship = exchange.

return/exchange
for OEM
products sold thru
Unique-Boating
exchanges
will be processed according to the OEM
manufacturers warranty period, or 30 days, whichever is shorter.

extended hitch, Trailer Backing Pro, due to size exchanges.
Products must
be in saleable condition (not scratched, dented, dirty or broken)

shipping on warranty exchanges.

Trailer Backing Pro has proven to be wonderful at helping to improving
the backing skills of many people. It has shown many benefits
while being used at the launching ramp or the maneuvering in the parking
lot of the marinas.
Trailer Backing Pro is NOT approved for use on
public roads or highways. You should always remove this extended
hitch from your vehicle and replace it with your regular 2"x2" receiver
hitch that you have always used. This will maintain the driving
stability that you are familiar with.
Your shopping cart purchase process of the Trailer
Backing Pro will require that you agree to never use it on public roads
or highways. By registering your Trailer Backing Pro, you agree
that you will not use the product on Public roads or highways. You
will hold harmless Technical Contractor Inc./Unique-Boating Accessories
for any accident arising from said use on a public road or highway.
